ANNUAL REPORTS/

NEWSLETTERS

It was the last year Liberty Tax Service would be a private company. Annual reports are typically chock full of charts, projections, spreadsheets and clip art...and dry as toast. Soo, I decided what was truly needed was a truly impactful approach to this year's final results.

The end result is still talked about throughout the halls of Liberty. Roles: concepting, pitch, copywriting, art direction and layout consultant.

It was a year like no other

HEDIS! NCQA! CAHPS! Oh my! The annual measurements taken and provided by third-party vendors to rate health care systems across the nation.

This quality-related newsletter was concepted and designed to provide an informative and interesting delivery of the year-in-review. The information was written to reach a low-literacy audience. The end result? This newsletter design and content is now an annual communication and being modeled as a template for multiple states.

Savoring a Season of Success

Segmented enewsletter sent to VA and NC Good Neighbors and Pass Members of Colonial Williamsburg Foundation.

This monthly enewsletter was concepted and designed to highlight upcoming events to drive interest and attendance. The end result? a 27.3% increase on clicks and calls related to the trackable NAVIS phone number and website.
